I've been seeing that a lot of people have been saying Naruto has only killed 2 people and they are wrong. First of all if you are a real Naruto fan you would know that during a mission, namely the Menma Memory Search Mission, in season 9 episode 3 "Menma" set off the paperbombs inside the cave to block the town from being flooded out and said, "Someone's got to set off the paperbombs to stop the flood." He ended pushing Naruto off a cliff so he couldn't stop him. By the time Naruto got back up there, he was too late. Naruto decided to get reveng on the ninja that attacked the village, and therefore that makes a kill because he used his rasengan on the enemy.

The next one I will tell you about happened in Naruto Shippuden season 3. Naruto had to fight Fūka she tried fight Naruto and attempt to kill him with Reaper Kiss or whatever the stupid Jutsu is called, but it fails because of Naruto's nine tails chakra. A few episodes later she kisses him with his chakra to steal and kill. But she fails because Naruto counters, and uses the Rasengan to kill her.

Kakuzu was killed by Kakashi and Naruto. Naruto used his rasen shiriken while Kakashi used his Lightning Blade Chidori.
Naruto defeats Pain with his final Rasengan, removing his Chakra Receivers before heading to Nagato's location, having Katsuya tell the others not to follow as Sakura finishes healing Hinata. ... Naruto finds Nagato and Konan, the former impaling him with a Chakra Rod to control him.

I, the Fujoshi, wins.
