I read two translations of it so far and I just don't see the big deal with it. Maybe I should read the Irish person's translation of it. Its suppose to be the best one. The two versions I read just felt too much like prose IMO. It didn't feel like an epic poem. How about children's literature? I read the Trumpet of the Swan a few years ago cause I was really curious about it. I read White's two other books and liked them well enough. Charlotte's Web is probably the best children's book ever. Twilight hater, huh? Interestingly, I actually managed to get a DVD of the first movie and plan to watch it one of these days. I always said I would and it looks like it might happen soon. :lmao There are cool vampires though. The 1931 Dracula and the vampires on Buffy are really interesting. Horror isn't really my thing, but I like vampires well enough.

Teenage fiction is fine. I don't read much of it now, but I dug it before. My favorite book is a teenage book, per se. The Outsiders. S.E. Hinton. Perhaps you heard of it? It was made into a semi-popular film that had actors who became famous later on. I have no idea what the Chaos Walking series is. lulz I'll probably forget that name in a few days. I'm more worried about Beowulf atm. XD

I have never even heard of the dude. Is he recent or ancient? And what was his name again?
    4. Aruarian
You should set Abs up with your friend, it'll be good for him.

Haha! Observation's not a crime as far as I recall! =P

And don't blame her really. This is NF after all x

Hahahaha amazing. I just have the greatest mental image of that entire scenario, and it was good for a literal LOL. Glad to hear you're well. Things are fine with me too. Nothing exciting to say I guess. I went to a Scummy Mustache party last night, wherein everyone attending had to grow or draw on a sleazy mustache and look a little creepy. Funny stuff actually. XD
    7. Twizted
Hey there lady, how are you?

Here's the fic To Turn the Other Cheek by Niko. Traversing Uncertainty is a much welcome one-shot follow-up. (Her KKM fics are at the bottom of the page).

She did not finish the sequel unfortunately, but you'll find the link to what she did finish and the summary of the rest on the same page as well.

I too know what it's like to have people treat you strangely because of your hair. I've had people shout out of their cars at me. People feel me up at concerts and all sorts of shenanigans.
    15. Toffeeman
Yep still in Liverpool, working. Not much going on so I want to move to a new job. Yeah noticed your Myspace was gone. You on Facebook instead?

Sorry about late reply too! x

Considering the fact that you haven't been online in a while, makes it understandable.

Give it some time, and this wall - will become the wall of all walls :LOS
