  • That was, without a doubt, one of the absolute worst X-Men storylines and superhero storylines I've ever, EVER read.

Plot holes...so many shitty plot holes.

It's like, no one bothered to read previous stuff to get a handle on character personality, or their powers and how characters typically use them about. All those writers, the editors, not fucking 1.
+ "An Omega-level mutant in the driver's seat of another Omega-level mutant. . . sounds great."
    - Nate Grey talks like a full blown and stereotypical arrogant & spiteful villain.

Naw.that was a great arc. The TV series was equally great.

I'll be so surprised if Nate Grey doesn't die and stay dead after all of this.

And they can't kill Legion off, because of TV show.
Today's Nate Grey vs. Legion story. . . my god, the character writing. . .

Also, the Nate Grey vs. Legion standoff in today's story -- poor. Just, bloody poor and short and a waste of what should have been an epic encounter.

Considering the scale in which these two operate Legion vs X-Man should have been build up much better.

Agreed. This whole multi-crossover storyline for 'Age of X-Man'. . . and they piss away Nate Grey vs. Legion.
Latest issue of Age of X-Man -- 'omnipotent X-Man' and 'near-omnipotent Legion' in the pre-story opening blurb.

But the character writing though -- and I'm not talking about Nate Grey -- my gawd, it's terrible. AND it's like 'Adam Beechen writing Cassandra Cain' disgraceful.
Uncanny X-Men's current story involves Legion and Nate Grey being aware and acknowledging one another. As antagonists to each other.

Yeah...Finally after 2 decades we get to see a possible show down, and plot involving the two. I cant think of a time where Marvel has ever pitted 2 Omega mutants against each-other.
I miss old fashion Saint Seiya a bit.

Soul of Gold and Lost Canvas was not to bad. But God Damn Omega was hot garbage.

So is the multiverse being infinite in size in the original series correct?

For Saint Seiya I mean. I still think the Olympians (Apollo, Hades, Athena) should be rated higher, although I'm not exactly sure about what Hades' best feat was in terms of multiversal scale.

Ill reply to this in the topic.
Do you have Skype? Cause I can't seem to reply to private convos anymore for some reason and since XenForo has to put the thread title in links I don't want to post them in a public place. You can give it to me in the private convo, I can still read it just can't reply.
Fair enough. I was kinda hoping I could talk you into dropping by to discuss your original intentions with the wiki but I'm not going to try to convince you to do something you don't want to.
Whats up buddy? I don't know if you have noticed, I've created a new thread about SS in general, my main focus is Powers and Feats in SS. After series of posts, I finally finished with Original Manga feats, I have added index to make it easier for readers to find the topics:

    http://www.narutoforums.com/showpost.php?p=50289609&postcount=4

I am wondering what should I add next? state of the popular characters by the end of the manga? (Similar to OBD profiles)? or adding Next Dimension related matters? (I am honestly not in the mood to do one for Next Dimension due to some inconsistencies) having great knowledge abt SS yourself, let me know if I missed anything, or any suggestions to make the thread better?
The status of your match against Xiammes is still undecided yet your next match is set in stone.
You'll be fighting against Katsuargi's team.
Post me your 3-man team (and the one who remains for prep) in PM.
The maximum combined firepower (and/or durability, which is the higher) for your minions is 25 teratons.
25 trillion tons of TNT or just slightly above 100 zetta-joules (1E+23 J).
BTW, there's one more condition now for the tournament.
You need to tell me in PM where would your team start.
I mean we have an area with nearly 1000 km in diameter.
You can start camping anywhere on it.
So yeah, I'll be announcing your match with Xiammes soon.
Also I looked over your prep and it seems fine.
So long you don't create stuff that is beyond the tournament caps it's alright.

Speaking of caps, like I said in that thread the changes regarding to clones and such should be done retro-actively for even Round 1.
For this reason you're free to submit a new prep.
Albeit I think your current strategy works just fine regardless of the rule.
Still, that's just fair of me to allow it.

BTW, after discussing with Sherlock these are the new rules on minions/clones.
Max number is 1000 minions (tiny creatures and such don't count)
Max combined firepower is 25 teratons.
Albeit charged/limited-use attacks only count for 25% (so if you drop a bunch of super nukes that can go up till 100 teratons).

Equipment you create for your characters don't count.
If you create equipment for the minions then it's still treated as one and not separate creations.
(So if you have superhumans with 1gigaton firepower and you give them remote-controlled cannons with 10 gigaton energy beams, then it counts for just one man with 10 gigaton firepower, not two entities with 11 gigaton)
