    Buck-O-Nine
    .
    ..
    ...

Many others that I can't think of right now. Feel free to help me out, guys :laugh

Hawthorne Heights started in Dayton, but they aren't anything special. In fact, they are quite possibly the most generic band out there.

Well, there are none from my hometown now, but The Mafia will be going on tour this summer. (and they'll be playing at Rutgers with Streetlight Manifesto) Speaking of whom, they're a Union county Ska band. And of course, The Boss is from Jersey.

    In my hometown:
    Avail
    Lamb of God
    The Pink Razors
    Denali
    Cracker
Some more, but I can't remember...

Bands from Northern VA or farther:
    Minor Threat
    S.O.A
    The Teen Idles
(Pretty much every band on the dischord label)

HR from Bad Brains lived around here for a lil' while, Keith Morris from Circle Jerks washed dishes around here.

    I'll update it later.

The Roots are from Philadelphia. ;) I personally think that The Clarks suck lol. If I'm gonna pretend that I live in Pittsburgh (I'm 45 minutes away), then I can say that Christina Aguilera is from my hometown. :laugh

No, I don't think so, but there are a lot of people where I am now, who started music careers and they're pretty good. (Not official music careers but well-known throughout the area)

Oh, and one of those retarded generic emo bands went to a high school near here (Centenial), but I forget which one... story of the year maybe? I dunno, they all sound the same to me.
