except the last one, 220, which has the departure of Naruto, they all are fillers not necessary to understand the plot.

Fillers are single stories or arcs that have almost no fights.
If you have a fav character who's not Sasuke, Orochimaru or Kabuto, you can read the summaries and choose accordingly. I went that way, lucky me, and I got nice filler (animators love my fav characters anyway) to entertain me.

Outside of the last episode they continue basic filler. So unless you've seen every anime out there or are a perfectionist who insists on watching everything Naruto... skip em.

last episode is the only one relevant to the story:grin but you could continue to watch them, cause then you'll have more Shippuuden episodes to watch when you're done:grin

its only the 2nd half of episode 220 which is the main storyline. The first half is the end of the last filler arc, which is quite good. starts from episode 216 i think. you should watch it.

    Big fights?

If by that you mean a single cross-eyed Naruto cell, with a wonky headband and fist the size of his hand gliding across the screen towards a villain uglier than sin, then yes, the fights are amazing.

Seriously, save yourself, and your brain cell count, and skip those fillers.
