I'm anticipating a lot of free time coming up in a few weeks (hopefully) and have been hoping to get at least slightly caught up so I know what people are talking about. :psyduck I'll probably only have time to watch a few things and at least get started on a few manga, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

I haven't watched much anime at all since about 2009. Are there any MUST-SEE original series or movies that you think everyone should see, regardless of genre, that have come out in the last 10 of so years?

I haven't read much manga since Naruto ended (even stopped reading One Piece around that time), and I have no clue what any of the big series are anymore. I barely recognize anything. :cry What are the top 2 or 3 you'd suggest, again regardless of genre, that have either come out since 2014 or have at least become really popular and/or good since then?
Just spare me any shit that's been popular among tumblr types like Yuri on Ice. :catslam

FMa: Brotherhood. Did that start in 2009? HxH 2011.

Could start with more modern things like My Hero Academia.

Attack on Titan? You've seen it?

I couldn't get into AoT. Saw Brotherhood! I'm going to give BNHA a try, given how many people from the Naruto fandom seem to like it.

Adding to my list! I'm really open to anything right now. I want something fun with a crazily active fandom so I can engage in arguing about stupid shit, but I also like the slow-burn thoughtful kind of series/movies.
Looks like I might have to get involved in that. :hurr I miss the shitstorms that Naruto brought about with pairings and all - is there anything similar with BNHA?
I will check all of these out. Thank you!!

Why'd you post dubbed trailers? :capc

Thank you though. :hurr These are added to my list now. I haven't seen the original in so long I'll start with that one when I get to my month of vegetation.
