The only one who isn't a non-factor here was Blade, take away his healing factor and everyone here is so fucked its not even funny.

deathstroke is above blade in stats and strategic intelligence and likely fighting skills. he's certainly well above nightwing in all categories and above nick fury to a lesser degree (well in the latter two, anyways)

seems the likeliest winner by far

This basically could just be Deadpool vs Deathstroke. I'll give it to the original, Deadpool comes second or perhaps stalemates due to his healing factor. Or Deathstroke carries the talking head of Deadpool away as a trophy.

Rather, Deadpool gets pissed at the disadvantage OP put him in and chops off his head with a sword.

i think blade could be a decent contender if what i've seen from a few marvel vamps is an indication of the sort of durability and strength he has. otherwise deathstroke wins. no ideaabout deadpool's speed though. my only exposure to him is in the cable pool series.

Samuel L. Jackson solos? Seriously, though, what is Nick Fury's standard gear? It might help(put him above nightwing) if he's an avid enough marksman...:maybe

Standard gear for Nick Fury is an eyepatch and being a life-model decoy whenever someone actually gets to "him".

Blade is currently handling Deadpool pretty well in his own book, IIRC.
