basically the title. If somebody were to defeat Hidan and separate his body parts, and Akatsuki only had the head, could they reattach it to any random ninja or does it have to be his own. Say I just take some random jounin or some other physically fit ninja, cut his head off, put Hidans head on it, and have Kakuzu reattach it. Would that work?

no...hidan won't be able to control the other body that's not his.
he'll just be a talking head on a dead body

for one, the body would be dead without a head, the only reason hidan's can stay active and reuseable is because of his power. it mostl ilkely just reconnects all the severed parts using his special ability, other bodies would not be able to do that(all the nerves would be dead)

With all the crazy stuff he's done already, I wouldn't put it passed Kishimoto.

It wont work bc his blood is different from the host, and the host body will reject Hidan's blood and the white cell will attack Hidan = Hidan dies .. i think

I don't think so. Hidan himself is immortal, not anybody else. I don't think it work quite like that, but it's certainly an interesting idea.
