That echoes pretty much everything that Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have been reporting for a while now.

When you guys operate Guantanamo Bay, it sounds pretty funny when your human rights body report huamn right violations from Communist / Socialist countries.

If A accuses B of something and B counters that A does similar things, that does not disprove A's original accusation.

Just because the pot called the kettle black does not mean that the kettle isn't black.

The OAS is a group comprised of 35 countries. This isn't just the US criticizing them. Not to mention all the independent rights groups also leveling criticism.

Dictators never accept this kind of thing. Actually even some non-dictators don't.

Organization of American States =/= USA

The Venezuelan crack pot strikes again!!!! Seriously I feel bad for Venezuela for having to put up with that guy, he's half destroyed their nation, and they still can't stop him. Just like the Nazi's: if your opinion didn't match up to Hitler's you we're automatically wrong. Hitler was always right, even when he was actually wrong.

Why even send the report? We knew from his past history he would say something absurd and then blame America some more. Why did we even waste the paper?

Venezuela still has a way better human rights record than much of Latin America. Colombia and Mexico are the countries that are really in trouble.

Chavez a dictator? Weird, I thought he was re-elected 2 times after the coup, with oppossition parties not oppressed, one of them getting almost %40 of the votes.

It's been said Chavez can't accept criticism... Nothing here to contradict that...
