Copa America is the south american football tournament. Since there's basically only a handful of countries they invite others to join from different parts of the world.

Messi really needs to win this. That way Cristiano fans will shut up about Messi not being anything spectacular.

Though having Neymar also win would be cool. I love how people are still mad about him being part of the biggest scoaring attacking team in La Liga's history :mjlol

No wonder why they keep bringing up his diving antics. Heck, he has already effectively won the Ligue 1 :kobeha

As a normie I agree with this.

His Wiki page says that in spite of his many, many club accomplishments, his only national team wins are the U-20 World Cup (2005) and the [U-23] Olympics (2008). That's not a good look when you're supposedly "the world's greatest footballer".

Brazil is not renowned for high altitudes and its climate, while not desertic, is still tropical and thus similar in dry temperature to that of Qatar, especially in this time of the year.

After Uruguay's performance against Ecuador, they definitely look like the strongest contender out of South America's big three.

Argentina is playing like trash. It's as if the country itself sapped Messi's magic from him.

I hear that Miguel Almiron's been excellent and among Paraguay's best players so far. Happy to hear that.

Every Liverpool hater is in bliss right now after that horrible miss by Firmino. Never mind he scored this divine goal against Peru:
