On reddit, I saw a theory that Estarossa had the Pacifism Commandment while Meliodas was the Leader of the 10C. Since it was already clarified that Meliodas had the “Love” Commandment, That just leaves the Pacifism Commandment. What do you think?

It's possible to be true . The demon king really was mad at what Estarossa was. You can say it was a punishment for him . And don't mention that Meliodas always protected him , it may because he couldn't kill even an ant .
    .
Then when he granted the "Love" he became proud of himself and see himself as Meliodas and on top of all that , he clashed with Mael and killed him although we don't know how he did it .

We saw him kill a Goddess while Mel was still the leader of the Commandments. So no,Pacifism definitely wasn't his previous decree.

Yeah no way he could’ve killed while holding Pacifisim.

I think he may have been a substitute available on hand like Fraudrin at first, and when Mel ditched the clan he was given Love because there was no one else around. Or, perhaps he had Glox or Dolor Commandments at first.

Going by that Karmadios may have had Piety because Mel warned King and Diane not to turn their backs to him and when Zeldris appears he was holding the title of Executioner and seemed to be watching the DC prisoners like OGowther at the time.

I think Estarossa doesnt have a commandment because if he were he couldnt have killed a Goddess. Anyhoo, the question is who really had the pacifism on the original TC? No way grayroad already existed on that time. Aranak and Zeno suppose to have either Dolor and Glox's commandment. Do we have a member that wasnt yet revealed that originally had the pacifism? It could be the missing piece that connects Mel, Estarossa and Elizabeth?lol

Let's make a count from what we know:

    Comm. Mel - Love
    Galan - Truth
    Mera - Faith
    Derrie - Purity
    Monspiet - Reticence
    Karmadios - Piety
    Estarossa - ???
    Aranak - ???
    Zeno - ???

So there was definitely a form of rotation here because Piety was forfeited when Karmadios perished. Either Zeldris got it immediately after his death or Zeldris held a different Commandment during the course of the war or at least in its final stages.

Before that I don't really know. We can assume Aranak or Zeno could've had Pacifism at the time. And Estarossa might've held one of the two that were later vacant and given to Glox and Dolor. Meliodas killed Aranak and Zeno himself. Since he was officially one of the Commandments back then, Pacifism wouldn't have affected him. Even if he wasn't and was already cursed at the time, the resulting death for killing either Aranak or Zeno wouldn't have been permanent due to the curse's nature. He would've died only to revive again later after an unspecified amount of time (Meliodas "leaving" could've meant he fought them, killed them, died and Elizabeth simply discovered his body and took it away to savety - but I don't believe that scenario is overall very likely).

Estarossa most likely had Repose or Patience, Aranak or Zeno most likely had Pacifism and whoever is left had the remaining ones.

The question is why would DK take a commandment from him and give him another?
