Even if you find him incredibly stupid this sets a dangerous precedent when tech companies become the gatekeepers of what is what is allowed to say and what not.

The Supreme Court decided that "hate speech" does not limit free speech

Jones went beyond the boundaries of accepted behavior. He incited violence, casually accused people of pedophilia and other crimes, and tossed around defamatory statements without a second thought (Just the other day he said Obama was fucking several men everyday in his gay cabal).

When you keep telling brainless people that those who oppose them politically/religiously/etc are demons from hell that want to kill their families shit can get dangerous like the pizzagate incident.

the social media / internet, in general, are the city halls of the 21st century. Moving to different social media sites is difficult and tech companies still can put your website down if they don't like what you are saying

i don't know exactly what your point is. Not everyone gets the chance to speak on television

And the guy is just outraged without making any argument (this moron doesn't even let the other speak out)

They didn't even bother to show the clips that caused the ban

You want an argument? Free speech is not protected by private enterprise. Done.

The majority of discussing is on the internet. If you don't modify the First Amendment to the 21. Century you allow censorship.

The first amendment is about as likely to be modified as the second one. That is, virtually zero.

I agree that there's a danger in that a small handful of tech companies have control over a massive portion of internet space.

But then again, the danger of private corporations having massive monopolies is something that the left has been complaining about for ages. If it takes a few high-name conservatives being banned for the right to stop being so damn pro-corporate, then I guess so be it. Don't expect anything to change unless you get everyone on board though. It's going to take no less than a constitutional amendment for the government to be able to regulate how private companies control who can use their platforms.

If a publisher refuse to publish a book. Is it against freespeech?

Nope. Why waste resources to something that wont make money, yet draining your resources

okay I saw that the Daily Stormer is online again

If you get denied the access to the big social media you still don't get all the audience that is might interested in your ideas. And other social platforms can hardly compete against the big ones. This is still censorship.

He had millions of viewers. Youtube had a bigger reach because of him. And I bet there are other big, non-political channels that youtube can't get advertisement from.

Besides, he got banned because of "hate speech", a word that can mean anything. Like I said, they didn't even bother to show the clips that caused the ban

Hate speech has a pretty cut and dry definition. I think I went over this before with you. Maybe it wasn't you, but someone who is essentially you because you guys are pretty much the same person

While I agree that so few tech companies shouldn't have so much power over the internet, fact of the matter is that his constitutional rights are not being infringed and he was conducting hate speech bordering on harassment (Sandy hook and Pizzagate being prime examples). He's more than welcome, at least for his fans, to popularize his own platform. Now whether or not it will be as popular as YT and others - I think not. But that is also the power of the free market.
