Alot of my favorite soundtracks in anime he has composed.
Shiro Sagisu has done both Magi and Bleach, which have the best soundtracks in shonen period.
But off course, curious to see this discussed by people.

Hiroyuki Sawano for me. The man sure knows how to make music. Sure his latest works haven't been that strong but still they were above average.
Others that I like Yuki Kajura and Yoko Kanno.

I thank the heavens for Susumu Hirasawa, the soundtracks he composed for Berserk are an absolute perfect fit for the series

Crystal King's work for Fist of The North Star is a favorite as well, specifically that epic main/opening theme

and of course Nujabes (RIP) :defeat

I love Yoshihisa Hirano's work in Hunter X Hunter (2011) and Ouran High School Host Club. I love all of the nods to western classical music styles and specific compositions. (Random comment, but as a bassoon player who has even played the piece, I'm so ashamed it took me reading someone's comment to find out where A Field in Spring's melody came from)

I also love One Piece's background OST. And Gurren Lagann's.
