There was an AHV-esque show that was canceled in the middle of its first episode, I think its on youtube.

Korgoth of Barbaria was very awesome, so I am very sad that it did not become a full series.

In 1989, an episode known as Pryde of the X-Men aired, but it never became a full series; one could argue that it was a pilot to the 1990's X-Men: the Animated Series, but there were simply too many differences for them to be in the same continuity.

I actually liked the 2011 Wonder Woman pilot; I disliked how the titular character was changed from a Greek Goddess into a woman who was using gadgets from a science company, but I did like how she was wearing pants and the female antagonist was an interesting character, as well.

The Big Bang Theory had an unaired pilot before the pilot that was shown on television, and it was radically different from the rest of the series; although I prefer the final version, I did find the unaired pilot to be interesting, and I really wish that the character of Gilda had been kept, since she was a cool character.
