I started making some gifs recently and I encountered some problem when I tried to make gif from my sig.

    the gif looks like this

the problem is that snake looks like somebody used sharpen option on it. in other words it is too sharp and ugly. (compared to sig version)

Can I do anything with it to make it look better?

It's because it's a gif. Gif images get fuzzy, ugly when the edges are rounded and whatnot. What you could do is put each frame in a square that has NF's background scheme in it. That way the snake's edges stay somewhat intact & not all screwy and shit.

Paste the 2 frames into this square that has NF's background color scheme in it (trust me, there's a nice big square in there) ...
    Spoiler:

Animate it and you'll get a nice looking snake. Like this ...
    Spoiler:

Notice it's not as messy as your gif. But instead it's close to what you have in your sig.
