Hey guys. I know a lot of you are desperate to get your hands on a coder yet no coder wants to help...at least for free anyway.

Don't fret though, you can still build yourself a fuggin awesome anime site complete with member system, integrated community builder, forum, download system, gallery etc...the list is infinite and really only limited by your imagination. You can do ALL THIS WITHOUT a coder!!

All you need to do is download a cms (content management system). The best at the moment are called Joomla and Mambo. They are basically one in the same though so it doesn't matter which you pick.

It allows you to easily create your own templates so your site can still look the same as you envisioned. All you have to do is put a simple tag of code for each output section of the site (tag for the left navagation, main content, right nav as well as more). You don't have to create around any specific cms look. You can add any of hundreds of free addons called components, mambots or modules to your site that install with a click of a mouse button.

Very easy to use..I just recently started using it for my hentai site. It's never been easier.

    links are here:

And if you already have a layout designed in PS and don't want to bother making it into a template file for either of these, i can do it for you for a small fee. PM me if interested.

Thanks Mecha! So what you're saying it helps you to make sites from scratch without much knowledge of html? (I have very very basic knowledge of html) I just thought it was a way of organizing your previously made html files into linked pages but you helped me figure it out thanks!. I'll download it soon. But now I gotta go watch AOTS!

What CMS stand for is content management systems which in turn mean that its a full complete site yours to edit under the GPL. There are tons of add ons you can add for these systems to try and accomplish you needs for yoursite...!

Good. I thought it added templates onto previous simple html site to link the pages together nicely.

Edit: Also, does someone have a good free hosting site besides freehostia? I can't get the ftp to work properly. Please make sure it's compatible with this program.

ive used Joomla for almost a year on my old site, works very good. BUT dont expect your interface to look anything past "good". Most sites that homepages that look cool as hell are made by scratch/ dreamweaver helper stuff like that

joomla sites look just as good as any other site depending on if you can code layouts yourself. maybe this is what you meant...
