Advice How many calories you ate today?

    wow i consume only 1750 calories only today and my output is 2800 calories.


    Negative 1000 calories!



    Morning - skip breakfast

    Lunch - Rice n chicken - 700 calories & coke 150 calories

    Dinner - Burger n coke zero --> 700 calories

    Supper - Red Bull - 200 calories

    So you people are actually counting calories all the time. Do you have some serious jobs that require attention and timely performance? I seriously cannot imagine myself taking more time than just choosing no sugar and less fat for snack before/at work. Don’t take it as offending comment, but I really do not see how this works out even with apps on phone - still time.

    What do jobs have to do with anything?

    It's just memorizing how many calories are in things you eat often.

    Like, I eat two eggs, a bowl of rice, and two cups of milk for breakfast. That's 650 calories (150 for two eggs, 200 for rice, and 300 for two cups of milk.)

    I try to eat around 900 to 1200 calories a day usually no more then 1200 but no less then 900.

    I skipped breakfast because I had XXL burrito at Taco Bell, at 1am.

    Then I hit up the buffet for lunch, around 1ish. Probably around 4k calories (gotta make dem dollars count)

    Then I went to my buddies house to play some videy games, and had TONS of junk food. Maybe around 2k calories. Gaming is srs bsns.

    Breakfast: Sliced Oranges, tablespoon of natural yoghurt, honey and Cinamon - 200 Calories

    Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad + bit of rice - 600 calories

    Dinner: Soup + a bit of snacks - 400 calories

    That's 1200 roughly...

    4,000. My meals vary a lot, but I usually have three big 1,000 calorie meals with snacks between to make up the extra thousand.

    ^ I did that once.

    Instead of eating, I blended all my food into a drinkable substance. I didn't eat anything for a week, because I drank it all.


    Also most disgusting week of my life.
