Yeah, real emotions of a 15 year old girl sure are annoying as hell, especially when pre-pubesquent boys don't really know how to handle girls yet. They really should go and cut that out for the likes of you. :3

Exception of her powers being understood by others even villains, her character is not developing at all. She is same for ages and
    Spoiler:
    will be for ages

She's not the main character. Has Rukia received any deeper character development? Hardly.

We have never seen Kaien developments, her Shikai, way to look over battle, her resolve not just to fix herself but around others. Aye, we have never seen.

And how is that exactly more character development than Orihime has received? Moot point, she's not much more of a developed character than Orihime is simply because they are both side characters. Only exception is that the current arc in the manga focuses more around Orihime so there is at least some ongoing character development now. It's really not fair to say that she will always be useless. Cause that's clearly not true.

    And what, Inoue is? :notrust

:nod It has been stated that Inoue has one of the greatest potentials in Bleach. Shun Shun Rikka "infiltrate the realm of God." Yet Inoue is not a good warrior, this is because her powers's strength is based on her resolve. Her defensive and healing powers always work because she always wants to protect and heal. But her offensive power, Tsubaki, has only worked the one time she didn't know what he capable of.

Tsubaki needs the resolve to hurt, to kill, to destroy. And since Inoue would rather heal her enemy's injuries that cause them she always hesitates when using Tsubaki. This hesitance and doubt cause Tsubaki to be easily combated and destroyed.

Rukia develops in silences and through the privation of air time. This last episode of Bleach, in my mind, had more character development for Rukia than for Inoue ? it was just all subtle.
Inoue: "Kuchiki-san! You see, Kuchiki-san, the, uh, only thing inside?"
Rukia: "I don't care. Don't tell me. I was just barely able to feel Ichigo's reiatsu, and it led me here. He's probably got something on his mind if he didn't say anything. That's fine. As long as he's okay, I'm satisfied. Let's go, Inoue!"

Those lines alone were more character development for Rukia than Inoue would have in ten episodes like this last one.

I disagree, in this arc, even in this episode, Inoue has more development than Rukia. Rukia has always been willing to let Ichigo do his own thing as long as she knew he was safe. (Ex. All over the Soul Society arc)

In this episode, Inoue admits her doubts and fears of being a burden. "I would rather be very, very lonely." Inoue has come along way from the naive ditzy clumsy girl we meet in chapter 2. We see a deeper side to Inoue that, though hinted at, had never been directly shown. Inoue is very maternal and supportive of others but not herself, shown in chapter 116, Inoue is envious of Rukia's ability to help Ichigo. Yet instead of wishing bad things on Rukia Inoue feels ashamed of herself for being jealous.

Later Rukia tells Inoue that she knows Inoue did more than necessary to heal her after the Arrancar battle. Proving that instead of further hurting Rukia or leaving her as she was, Inoue went above and beyond the needed healing for Rukia because Inoue knows Rukia can make Ichigo happy. Even if it means sacrificing her pride or laying down her life Inoue wants Ichigo, and everyone, to be happy. It has been inferred that she would never forgive herself if she was a burden to her nakama or caused them to suffer.

Hardly getting annoying to have someone who's more normal.
Infact most of the people in our world would be in a worse condition then her after experiencing what she has.

THe reason why people usually hate characters like her is "they try to deny there own weakness" and "fear the feeling of helplessness."

I disliked Orihime from the minute I saw her. So her pointless emotional outbursts just feed my contempt toward her.

    Spoiler:
I don't mean to disrespect any Orihime fans. That is not my intention.
