Microsoft made over 11 billion dollars (July-September), 3.5 billion profit. They're still not making money in entertainment, and lost 96 million dollars, but that's not as much as last year.

Nintend's portables always do great, so I'm not too surprised, though I am surprised at how high the increase was though. I didn't expect the DS to sell that well. Great yes, but not this great.

94%!? What the deuce? thats a lot of pressure on ps3 sales business wise, and considering the damage to Sony's image over the past couple of months (due to them fucking around their own consumers) i dont see it happening.

Considering its in Yen, im gathering this is just in Japan?

Yeh deff gunna be a challenge for sony to turn their luck.
I like where nintendo is headed, the Wii should bring about some great profit for nintendo.

I can also see microsoft picking up with cheaper console prices around the corner and true next gen games coming out.
