    Elf Charlotte is definitely a bit above Yami.

    Elf Luck>=Black Asta>Noelle

    Can't say for Rill.

    I was thinking about this yesterday. I'm thinking that the possession isn't always gonna be a power-up in magic power. It can also be a power-up in magic control. An example of this is Rhya, who didn't really demostdemon greater magical power, but he was able to different spells simultaneously. That still results in a huge difference in effectiveness (even though I think Leona would have still beat him in the end).

    It could also not be a power-up, and just a removal of debuffs already in place. For instance, Charlotte. Without her family's curse on her body, the elf has much more power than Charlotte displays. But it's not really a power up.

    Another example is with Luck, all it really did was upgrade an already existing moveset and allow him to sense mana from a greater distance.
