IMO, Nell being "good" is reasonable, but not sure about her brothers...

Arrancers are intelligent, and has demonstrated that they are capable of honor, intelligent thought process, ability to work together etc. (which make sense, seeing as they are only half hollow) So it is perfectly reasonable to have a "good" arrancers. So Nell being what she is is no problem for me.

Now, if her brothers are hollows, then it wouldn?t really make much sense.

One of her brothers, Pesh, may well be an Arrancar as well.

I think there was a thead discussing this a week or two ago...

Someone was pissed at the fact of Kubo defying all bleach logic of allowing the so-called antagonists, actually good.

They brought up the fact that what if Hollows weren't necessarily "evil" like they're sought to be, but only feed on human souls because they need that energy to survive. Gah Ive gotta bad memory, but it went along this lines of that, in which they brought up another theory that if Soul Society were to open its gates to the Hollows, that they could feed on the energy that they so seek to survive.

Ill try and find the thread... but then again, Nell could be playing a behind-the-scenes role, toying with their minds... never doubt Kubo ;]

Nell and her bro's, don't have the bloodlust like the majority that which have been seen, this could be a hint for that their are more hallows/Arrancur like them. Only time will tell.

wait, i thought Nell was a male....as in the Great Desert Bros.
And i think its completely reasonable that hollows(or at least arrancar, which seem to have the intelligence of a human/shinigami instead of a brain that wants to eat souls) could be non-evil. Especially since it doesnt seem like SS knows a whole lot about what goes on in HM, or what types of creatures there really are. Since it seems only the hollows which want to eat souls come to the real world, its plausible tehre are good ones who do not come to the real world because they have no reason too.

Nell is a male.... hm, looks like a relative to Rukia a bit. Male all the same.

Well, here is a question that might have been asked a while ago. Was Ichigo's mother just killed or actually eaten by a Hollow? If the later, what do you think would really happen in the mange if she showed up? Actually, maybe she's H.A.G.... hehe.

Nell is female, it's been proven. It's clearly stated in the manga.

Our resident translator (the venerable Nes Mikel) made a thread a while back about Nell's gender. He distinguised the characters used when she was being referenced
