Couldnt Itachi warp himself to the Tsuyokomi world and train there ?
Like 72 hours training and he goes back to real world and only 1 sec passed by.
    Itachi uberstrong.

He fights with someone and wants to train, someone is gonna dash at him he goes training in tsuyokomi world and goes back to real world and kill the enemy (He wouldnt need it though)

    It's a rather stupid Idea.

well, whether Itachi experiences the time difference himself is unknown.

    It deterioates his eyesight.

and Itachi probably doesn't need to train, he's already at a skill level he is happy with.

well if he could, he'd get worn out physically and mentally for a while, so he couldn't fight after that, and then he'd be hurting his eyes, so eventually he'd be fighting blind, and I don't think he would choose that over training the hard way...

How would he get there? Would he have to use a mirror or something?
What if he couldn't get out and he was trapped in tsukuyomi for the rest of his life?

Itachi doesn't need to train because he is already strong as hell. I see no point in him risking his eye sight on something that wouldn't improve him that much.

This has been discussed in previous threads and the most common argument, and most likely accurate one, is that anything that he could learn to do in the MS-world would not carry over into the physical world.

Tsukuyomi is a Genjutsu. An illusion. Nothing that happens in Tsukuyomi is real.
Even if Itachi was somehow able to trap himself in his own Tsukuyomi, any training he did would amount to nothing more then mental stress. He wouldn't really be getting stronger, or faster, or smarter.

    That wouldnt make any sense.
Plus his eye sight would've been gone a long time ago if it was training method.

    Special News,

Young Uchiha serial killer found unconscious standing in front of a mirror. Witnesses said :
"He told us he had found a new way to get his training done, hmm"

More seriously, even if he could, his physic wouldn't follow. The only use there would be to it would be developping new jutsus or working on old ones to perfection.
