Yea not that big of a difference crater wise. Like GucciBandana mention Uvo's atk is a concentrated nen blast unlike the buddah's physical strike, so Uvo BBI should do a ton more than a single buddah strike.

Uvogin's BBI is stronger by a decent margin, but it doesn't matter because
    1) Netero throws his buddah strike from a distance, unlike Uvogin who has to close the distance
    2) doesn't need to charge it
    3) does it way, way, way faster
    4) Kurapika didn't take the full blast head on, but he wouldn't be able to avoid a certain level of energy from the buddah strike
    5) after the BBI he took, Kurapika healed himself anyway, what business does Netero have waiting there? He'll just do it twice, thrice, four times if needed.
    6) The Buddah hand isn't even his strongest technique, while the BBI is Uvogin's best

lel at Kurapika's intelligence compared to the guy who's had a century's worth of almost pure battle experience, Nen mastery and who explored way more the world and most likely fought a much wider range of opponents of all kind of power and battle intelligence who were definitely superior to Kurapika. I mean he supposedly went against Maha equal, who comes from a family specialized in assassination, who are definitely more dangerous than Kurapika.

    low diff

Plot twist, since Kubo is the one writing, it turns out that Kurapika is actually a hybrid, so half Kurta and half some other clan. It's also revealed that Netero is a god, and this other clan has special god-immunity powers which means buddha bitch-slap doesn't work. But then Netero reveals he has another ace up his sleeve. This back and forth continues for at least 10 more reveals before Kurapika chains Netero down which, through another plot twist, takes Kurapika's powers away. However he is satisfied since he off-screened the rest of the troupe before this anyway so his job for revenge is done... Until it is revealed that his "teacher" was actually the real mastermind behind the mastermind behind the troupe so now Kurapika must learn a different kind of nen that comes from his alternate heritage.

Gon doesn't appear for 50 chapters over the course of this fiasco. Nor does Kurapika ever even think about him on-panel.

I like the idea of Kurapica being half Chimera Ant. Now he can withstand Hyakushiki Kannon attacks like the ants did.

Also, I think there is quite a difference in size of the crater.

It's not about who is more intelligent, it's about how useful it would be in a battle. Netero has far more experience, and I agree that he should a mind game, if there is one; he is probably one of the best tacticians out there too, going by how much thought there was behind the Hyakushiki patterns, or the kind of challenges that he got into by his own will.

Knowledge is full for Kurapica, none for Netero. So Kurapica knows that he should keep his distance and use ranged attacks. Lack of knowlegde will put Netero on a bad position. Netero will have to use his (superior, if so) intelligence to figure out what the chains do, while Kurapica can use his to think of a way to take down Netero.

Where did it say Zeno tanked it?

I'm pretty sure anyone without a durable body would get mashed by it

Zeno has been sparring/fighting with Netero from a young age, and he knows pretty much everything about Netero's Hatsu, he was the one doing the narration, it's safe to assume he fought against it numerous times to say the least.

Really need to see some of these Netero sparing sessions either with the Zoldyck or Zodiac because that initial strike to Meruem makes its hard to believe a normal human can take more than a few of those. Unless there are more Adult Gon type nen user around.

real life human? of course not, human in HxH verse? more than very possible, Uvo tanked a rocket missile, sniper to the head didn't even tickle, normal human can't do that. the nen blast Silva sent to finish off Chrollo, I don't think it any normal human can survive it, but Zeno and Chrollo did.

A normal human would die from the first hit considering the speed even faster than current weapons plus an entire punch can simply penetrate an human body destroying all that encounters
About HxH humans yes they are durable but prolly not enough to tank Netero's Buddha atm

agreed on the normal human part.
but HxH humans, there are some very durable ones, like a supposedly quite capable Enhancer who can tank 10 bullets, broke his sword on Uvo's body while Uvo was chained up poisoned. A non specifically durability enhanced ant isn't much more durable than a human around his level, like Cheetu and Wolfin aren't very durable compare to Zazan, all 3 have the same ranking, not to mention Meleoron, so I don't see a non direct combat based RG like Pouf anymore durable than a human like Hisoka, yet Pouf still tanked Meruem tail swipe.
I think guys like combatants among Zodiacs and combatants among PT all can tank hits from Netero's Hatsu, they will take damage and prob die from it eventually, but tanking a few without getting fatally wounded is more than likely.

Didn't Netaro rip off durable chimera captain heads with his bare hands with one arm while hopping on one leg?

Uvogin's crater is calced at 61.19 tons

Netero's Hyakushiki Kannon is 541.71 tons
Netero's Hyakushiki crater is at 724.2 tons
Netero's ichi no te is 9.44 tons

However since the new forum update messed up the blogs I have no way of knowing which specific attacks Netero's first 2 are. I'm going to assume the highest one is Zero hand but then again I don't remember it making a crater. But his attacks are still stronger than Uvogin's. It's also likely that Netero scales to Yupi's 24,000 tons

Basically you are saying that Netero is dozens of times stronger than Kurapika, right?

He's stronger than what Kurapika gets scaled to but it's entierly possible Uvogin can get scaled to Yupi also (doubt it ofc).

It's like how Sanji hasn't shown a feat anywhere close to Sai's kick but it's obv Sanji can reproduce the feat. The difference is that it would be very hard to argue Uvogin can scale to Yupi while it's way easier to argue Netero can

Mereum was on a whole new level concerning strength and durability and his speed was only slightly slower then Netero praying speed, it took him to break down netero's psyche to get two shots in. No human is going to survive the beating Mereum took, so to beat him you need to have fast reactions and movements, but have a ability to hard count netero.

Ironically, Leorio probably has the best ability for this.

Kurapica against any spider 1 on 1 , no matter who that spider member is will give us the same result. Kurpica wins without a doubt. I honestly don't think people realize how much stronger Kurapica gets when he is fighting a spider member. Let me put it this way..

Kurapica vs Troupe member Netero = Kurapica winning after a really, really , really, really tough battle.

Kurapica vs Netero who is not affiliated with the spiders at all = Netero bitch slapping Kurapica from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere back and forth without Kurapica being able to do shit about it.

Whether or not an opponent is a Troupe member is only relevant as pertains to Chain Jail's applicability and effectiveness. Otherwise it doesn't make him Kurapika any more stronger than he's supposed to. Yes, Netero is probably screwed if Kurapika gets it on him, but that's never happening.

Netero would stomp Kurapika so bad few dozens buddha's hits would probably already send him in coma, let alone other thousands

Kurapika lengthens his chain to 100ft long and constantly thrusts the chain at Netero while Netero uses his buddha hands to swat the chain away. Kurapika keeps re-conjuring the chain over and over again. hundreds of times until he finds an opening in Netero's defense. chain jail is activated and kurapika wins.

A combat uber-genius like Mereum needed to get hit a hundred thousand times to find an opening in Netero's defense. It should also noted that Kurapika and Chain Jail aren't going to provide anywhere near the kind of offensive pressure that Mereum did to Netero.

And this is just based on the assumption that Netero stays on defense. Netero could pull a 20% Uvo and nail Kurapika while he leaves open during a chain attack, only this time he wouldn't be shrugging off what hits him.

It's easier to block a charging human (Mereum) than a long flexible manipulated chain. How is Netero gonna get rid of a chain that's wrapped around his body. Kurapika could manipulate his chain to block multiple bullets. He can manipulate his chain to wrap past the budda hand to land on Netero and force him into zetsu. If the buddha hand blocks the attack, Kurapika can re-conjure it and try again.

Netero is on the defense here, b/c Kurapika will lengthen the chain (200ft? is there a limit?) to out-range the buddha hands. Kurapika could also sent a chain under the ground like how he captured Uvo. Kurapika got punched by Uvo b/c Uvo created a dust storm. I doubt old man Netero is faster than Kurapika, so Kurapika could keep kiting Netero and stay outside the buddha's range.

Im just trying to think up a battle strategy that defeat Netero's Buddha defense. Netero's buddha hands should be a lot faster than the chain, but if Kurapika could conjure 5,6,7, chains and manipulate them like snakes around the buddha, then it's overwhelming numbers vs two hands.

Meruem has a faster attack speed, higher rate of attack, and can attack from multiple angles. Despite the length and flexibility of the chain it's actual movement relative to Meruem is too cumbersome to ever touch Netero before HK slaps it away. Even Uvo has no problem dodging it.

Kurapika chained Uvo when he was beating him up at close range; I don't know where this "under the ground" stuff comes from. The incident with Uvo was when he was still at 20%; he dodges the chain, then charges up close to deliver a punch. Netero can do the same, except when he hits back it'll be with a HK slap that Kurapika isn't going to block.

6-7 chains with snake-like maneuverability? You're postulating abilities for Kurapika he hasn't been shown to be capable of. Not to mention that HK has twice as many hands as that.
