Just from playing Suikoden 2, I'd say Luc demolishes Sepi

Not much change, but Luc has show complete mastery of the wind element by ripping the very oxygen out of a certain fellow I'll not mention.

Does Luc get True Fire, Water, Earth, and Lightning along with his Wind? And which Sephiroth is this?

    No, just his own rune.

    Any Sephiroth the poster desires.

So if Sephiroth gets one summon... and this is regular Luc with True Wind and Luc can't take away Sephs oxygen... I think Seph takes it with Knights of the Round. But i'm sure you have a reason why Luc wins... Can Luc steal Sephs' materia? I can't think of the catch...

This doesn't mean Luc can't have anything else equip (The reason why he doesn't have another True rune is.. well... you can only equip one)

He can have the Blue Gate rune. That should suffice with Sephiroth casting KotR.

Well I kind of decided that the best option in a KotR retaliation would be Blue Gate (called Pale Gate in 3) because Open gate summons about 15 or so hous-sized Centaurs that all have instant death property to their attack.

I don't ever recall Luc destroying armies with True Wind. I know the Flame Champion has done it with True Fire and that True Punishment destroyed an entire naval fleet.

And (correct me if i'm wrong) I thought that Luc has carried and used more than one True Rune. Its been awhile since I played.

In Suikoden 2 after seeing Sasarai, Luc used, at that time, an unknown wind attack that decimated the opposing army.

He carried, but he couldn't use. Basically, they weren't embedded on/into him.

I remember that now~~ I kept thinking S3. Shoot.. i'm trying to help out Sephi for arguments sake.. but its tough. If Seph can hit Luc with KotR Seph could possibly pull out a win.

He could, but then you have to factor in Luc's pretty high magic defense. So it might not be a sure win even if it connects.

Then we got to hope Sephiroth actually get a chance to use it, as Luc is an extremely fast caster.
