I was wondering for those who read the manga and watch the anime...
Becuase of the anime fillers :notrust sigh... Will Kishis make future amendments to the manga, for example in one of the fillers Hinata learns a new jutsu.... will this be in the manga, or never be seen again ??

People will tell you "no" until they are blue in the face, but the truth is that nobody knows for sure except Kishimoto.

The fillers have gone into current characters pasts that we havnt seen before, like the current filler arc, do you think Kishi has played any part in the storylines, or do you think its been well 'made up'.... so if thats the case, will he have to made future amendments or do you think he will just ignore what the fillers have done?

    I can't even guess about Kishi's involvement. :(
I understand what you are saying about the fillers that deal with a character's past, but Kishimoto can easily avoid that subject in the manga. However, it would be a bit more difficult for him to simply ignore the technique that Hinata developed.

not exactly on topic but it's been speculated that after Kurenai's background arc we may go through an Asuma background arc (already got one with Gai that sucked) so we might be close to one with Kakashi or Kakashi Gaiden.

That does make sense. A background arc for each of the team's Jounins, ending with Kakashi.

Really, reps to whoever summarises it for me here or in a pm.

As for this thread, It is Highly likely that Kishi will do just that. Remember the Ramen guys? he seems to leave alooooooooooooot of background stuff on purpose for the Anime team to fill in. He manly focused on future events since part 2 started.

There is a way to know if Kishimoto revised the early part of Naruto's story, and that is by reading his Novel. It is just the novelization of Kishimoto's manga from the very beginning (and so far with the preview, we know more about the Yondaime vs Kyuubi fight than the manga and anime combined), and it ends at end of the Wave Country Arc. The other novels that is to come will continue on from there.

And yes, this book does come from Kishimoto, he just had a ghost-writer do the writing for him. :p

    ^Rly that's cool.

I remember one thread where they were discussing this novel, debating if it was canon or not. The decision was not canon, because of the writer not named Kishimoto. So where exactly did you get this info about the novel's writer(sry can't remember his name) being Kishi's...ghost writer?

I'm sorry, but Ghost-writers do not lable their books as "Ghost-writer". So it is not easy to prove in this situation. Here is a link to explain what they are:

And with the book yet to be published, here or in Japan, it is hard to find proof off the internet, but here is a good link.

Kishimoto is a manga artist, not a writer. And thats what Ghost-writers do. They are professional writers who write your ideas and refine them. He hired Masatoshi Kusakabe (who is a very sucessful novelist) to ghost-write Naruto into a novelization.

And since everyone here agrees that anything coming from Kishimoto is canon, therefore the book is canon.
