matlab 3d plotting help

    im looking for a nice and easy way to create 3D plot of non-uniformly
    distributed data stored in 1D x, y and z vectors.
    For example, here is my data. For each x and y pair, there's z value as
    below:
    x, y, z
    30, 10, 1
    40, 10, 2
    50, 10, 3
    60, 10, 4
    70, 10, 5
    30, 12, 2
    40, 12, 3
    50, 12, 4
    30, 16, 7
    40, 16, 8
    50, 16, 7

    As you can see, there's different number of unique x and y values...

    i tried mesh, plot and surf but i still cant get what i want... can some pros help me/? TIA
