OT: The last Naruto tank a Island level attack in Base and can remote control Rasenshuriken and spam them along with Cho Odama Rasengan Shuriken. The last version stomps.

Base Naruto has rikudo buff and can throw a FRS on his own in base.

While pain arc Naruto needs SM and clones to make a FRS and can only use 2 before losing his SM and needing to recharge.

@Grinningfox if you didn't know Naruto's power increased exponentially after getting chakra from hagaromo. All his forms got stronger...including his base form which allows him to fight with and react to god tiers

Base Naruto stomps. Though I doubt any ordinary attack (not Rikudo or SM or some special kind of Chakra enhanced; we know the fact base Naruto is exponentially enhanced) no matter how destructive would cause any notable damage given he fell right after his training into a steep collection of pointed rocks yet suffered not a slight scratch.
