Some stuff I made this week :3

    Some baked ziti

Crab cakes (made way too many... :sniff)

Just made this carrot cake today! It's got some chopped glazed pecans around the edge. I tried to make it look nice, I don't get how they make the frosting all perfect! It also is kinda lopsided :lmao. Though I'm happy with how it came out.

Before this summer I never really cooked, but I'm really enjoying learning. There's so much you can make! In the future when I have my own place, I'd like to be able to serve people nice things :catblush!

Strawberries + condensed milk + whipped cream and a little bit of mayonnaise. 'tis what I usually do with strawberries, unless I'm lazy. It's really easy to make, just a bit tedious though when it comes to slicing the strawberries. My mom taught me how to make this back in elementary, but I'm still not exactly sure what to call it.

    Spoiler:

Disclaimer: I did not make it this time around though since I wasn't able to wake up until 11 a.m. and my mom decided to make it instead. I just took a photo of it since that's apparently the only thing I can do with food nowadays, aside from devouring them.

    ...:catdespair

Strawberry milk! My mom used to make something similar with sliced strawberries sprinkled with sugar and covered in milk. We'd smash the strawberries with the back of the spoon to get the strawberry juice in the milk.
The mayo is an interesting addition. Can you taste the mayo?

I guess I will call it that! And no, not really unless there's too much in it. I actually had to ask my mom why we add mayo and she just said "it blends well?" :lmao I guess it helps in making the dessert not too sweet. I will try making one sometime without the mayo though to find out if there's a difference. c:

It is really hard to go wrong with pesto + pasta. I love that combination! A good minestrone soup would be perfect with it!

Haven't posted in a while. Here are some things I've made. I've really been enjoying learning to cook and bake stuff. I wish that I had spent more time as a kid in the kitchen honestly, would've been fun!

Chicken Parm...like who could hate this dish!?

    Garlic bread with parmesan

Shrimp with bacon, spinach, tomatoes, cheese sauce and ange lhair pasta. (this was super easy and so much flavor!)

    MEATBALLS!

Pumpkin cheesecake with gramhcracker crust. First time making cheesecake, came out better than I thought!

    Banana cake with pecan topping!
    Spoiler:

Hope you guys keep cooking and posting things :ohyou!

    That looks...healthy to me :0
