I'm starting to get into watches, and I happened to stumble on this youtube channel called The Timepiece Gentleman. These guys are in the watch buying/selling business, have a physical location in Texas, and the videos take you into behind the scenes in the business. They show you almost all of the intricacies of the day-to-day. The footage ranges from people coming into the store to buy and sell watches, phone calls with clients that can lead to dramatic back-and-forths, dealing with scams and credit card fraud, the guys eating out at nice restaurants, job interviews, and much more. Lemme remind you that I'm only slightly interested in watches with very little to no knowledge about them, but I just can't stop watching their videos. It's like reality tv, but it's actually real.
Here is a portion of a video that I think it's interesting. Anthony (the business owner) gets a call from a client and tries to arrange delivery for the client's watch. As the title suggests, it involves a private jet.
This channel seems like something my hostel self would have loved.
As we were perpetually hungry boys we actually used to just look at lot of food on internet instead of watching porn like normal people do.
Hostel food really really sucked tbh tbf.
