Hey Meijin no Kori, i don't speak Spanish, but i speak Portuguese (these two languagues are very alike).

You said: "Me llamo es tambien Tim y soy tambien 15 anos! (Eng: My name is also Tim and I'm also 15 years old!) "

First of all: "Me llamo.." is like "they call me..". It can be used to say one's name
What you want to use is "mi nombre es"

When you said "soy tambien 15 anos!" you mean "tengo tambien 15 an?s"
(In Portuguese and i think is Spanish too, you don't use "i'm 15 years old", its like "i have 15 years old"). I know it's it's not the same, but this is what make things interesting

(don't worry... everyone makes mistakes and we can learn from it)

Yes, ?Me llamo? truly means "They call me" and "soy tambi?n 15 anos" directly translates to "I'm also 15 years". However, when you translate, you translate from idea to idea; not word to word (although I'll admit after "y", I was just being lazy and didn't bother to look up the correct grammar for that statement. The same for the tilda over the n in a?o).
For example, the sentence "Ese es la casa de Juan". Directly translated to English, it says "That is the house of Juan". However, a better translation would be "That is Juan's house", seen as Spanish uses de to show possession, instead of 's.

Yes, I may only be taking Spanish 1 right now. But from what I've learned so far, it's much more common for people "Me llamo..." than "Mi nombre es..." Translating from idea to idea (most used phrase to most used phrase), Me llamo is usually translated as "My name is..." The same way encantado really means enchanted, but can also be translated as "Pleased to meet you".

But, I digress. I still haven?t finished my first semester of Spanish 1 (although, I'm close), and I still have a lot to learn. So I suppose you could very well be right.
