Who da winnah!!! WHO. DA. WINNAH!!!!

(Sorry about this, but I'm waiting for my next class to start.) :p

I say Reiatsu wins because it has the coolest effect when manifesting itself in the Bleach anime.

EDIT: Damn, I meant to put up a poll... meh.

Yeah Rieatsu seems very manipulative you dont need an enormous amount to kick ass. Ki is only good when you have a lot of it. Charka is not even on their level. Charka is like the little brother.

Well, if you're talking about the effects or extent of them...chakra has different elemental properties, but really isn't much in comparison to the power of reiatsu or ki. Reiastu (I'm pretty sure) is only used in Bleach, whereas ki is a more diverse and varied power-source for series.

I mean, you could be talking about DB/Z ki, which goes to an insane extent, or you could be talking about the ki of some smaller, lesser known series that has minor demons, etc...

In terms of coolness, though, I'd say reiastu.

In one-on-one situations I'd take Reiatsu as you can do some pretty nice things with it in the form of Kidou and whatnot.

If you're up against someone pretty tough take Ki - planet trashing potential and just leave Chakra at home.

My favourite would be reiatsu, mostly for the release. However, chakra does bring a more unique set of techniques to the table in a more interesting format. (techniques such as doujutsus and summoning)

The three are essentially the same yet described differently. They are similar in the sense that they use energy from within, but they have massive differences.

The power of one's reiatsu is determined by how compressed or refined it is, meaning that the more control and the more ways you are able to refine it, the stronger you are.

Chakra is limited and is dependent on physical stamina. However, it is very manipulative in the sense of way that it can also be used for different functions and be molded into different elements using seals and of course if you have an affinity. Essentially, chakra is a more limited and weaker version of reiatsu.

Ki on the other hand is based on just the size of it. The bigger the ki, the stronger you are, no beating around the bushes about it.

I say that it depends on the situation but usually the one with ki would end up being stronger because ki is dependent on size, not manipulation or flexibility.

Though, for which one would be better in terms of overall usage IMO, I would say Reiatsu because it can be manipulated into many things. However, I will say that Nen owns all three.

Well I would say it would depend on what series ki is referring to. Assuming Dragonball, I don't see how that's the case. You use examples of reiatsu being used to attack. While in Dragonball, there have been extremely diverse ways of using ki, from a "destructo disc"(cut anything, regardless of how superior in power) to even using it to mix with your life force to create a kikoho. Ki attacks enhance the character's base strength. Made clear when Radditz with a far superior power level, commented on the increase of Goku and Piccolo's ki when they performed attacks. Goku using the kamehameha I believed was said to gather all the character's dormant ki, while when Piccolo used the masenkosappo, Radditz said that all the ki he focused specifically on his two fingers, contained enough ki to surpass even him, despite the big gap in power levels.

Which is the focus and so on you mentioned with reiatsu. With chakra and turning into elements, Roshi said his most powerful attack was one where he generated high voltages of electricity. The solar flare basically enhancing the sun's light. Vegeta even pulled off a technique that radiated the same energy as the moon. The Devil's evil attack (or whatever it was called...) shot a ki beam that cause their impurity to expand till their body exploded. There is a very large variety of ways ki was used in Dragonball.

It would depend on what you're actually asking.

I would say Reiatsu is a bit more versatile, since the entire Spirit World is composed of it in some fashion. "Ki" is all well and good for beings with immense amounts of it, like any of the Z-tachi who have ki at a ridiculously high proportion to their bodies.

If we assume all three worlds to be equal in size, mass/energy, I'd say Reiatsu is more prevalent...but might be less intense "per unit" since that's the case.

But, of course, we haven't seen the afterlife in the Naruto world, yet, and that might be entirely composed of chakra, similar to the way in the Bleach world, the Spirit World and Soul Society are composed entirely of Reiatsu and spirit particles.

Overall coolness: I would say Reiatsu
Diversity: Charkra (with elements and whatnot)
Power: With the little I know of dragonball I would still say Ki.

I know Chakra and Ki is the same name for different things, but I still consider Chakra as slighly different comparing how it is used (and the different additions) by Kishimoto.

My overall winner however I think would be Raietsu, because it is both simple and looks cool.

You should be Negative Rep for being elitist, Why is not "nen" in the list?

I hate racism in any form, but if you are talking about raw power, Reiatsu.
