Me being a good kiwi bloke and a true rugby lover, I make this for all of you other Rugger fans to talk.

So whats everyone think of the Super 14? Aussie gets a new team and so does South Africa. Which gives NZ 5 SA 5 and Aus 4. I do wonder where the 4th Aussie team will be based though.

    I'm a rugby guy, but i stand ashamed: : (
i have one friend that dislocated a shoulder, another broke his arm, another injured his back, and everybody in the team just keep getting scars and things to show Mommy back home.

and all i got is a broken tooth. (in 2 years of rugby!!!) (and other marks and pretty colours)
    -
anyway, i don't watch television allot, and rugby isn't a very popular sport where i am, so its rarely on, i try to find games on ESPN or eurosport, but rarely do i get to see them. so i'm not up to date with the current world happenings in the rugby league.

Anyway i like playing rugby, not watching others play it!. :D

so are you on a team?, or just a fan?

i reckon the 4th team would be set should be set up in WA, cause they love their sport and rugby. VIC has too many bloody afl sides, NSW already has the waratahs, SA is just, i dunno.

LMAO France the compulsive cheaters. (THey infringe on the rules around the ruck the most out of all teams in the world)

Hopefully I will be playing for the Waiuku Under 19's next year, I doubt it but hopefully I will.

well... good luck to youon that.
as forme i'd rather stick to my national games.
International games have too much politics involved if you ask me...
the only game i'll watch is south Afriva vs New Zealand, those are always classic

I'm glad you recognize... it sucks that RSA lost the tri-nations though. We've been playing our best rugby in ages. For once our defense is working to some extent. To all the southern hemisphere teams, how does Brian Habana's dust taste?

Bryan Habana is a awesome winger. He deserves player of the year for sa. One of the quickest and smartest guys out there, tho i hate it when he runs the ball one handed.

I played rugby in college, but I'm totally in the dark as far as international and all styles of rugby being played in comparison to the kind I played. Kinda embarrassing to admit, but rugby was something totally new to me and I only played it about a couple of years. I knew how to play hooker and played it well, but that's about it. I didn't have time to watch much television.

Thats cool. It takes awhile to understand the many laws in rugby and stuff. I started playing when i was 14. I made a switch from rugby league to union, and when i first started playing in flanker i was so lost and didnt know what to do but later i developed a understanding of the game. Its completelty different from league and more physically demanding but i love it to bits. =]

Yea, the Australian side is better than the way they are playing. The Kiwis sems to be unstoppable at this point. For all England's effort they still couldn't stop them. I see they used the same gameplan SA used to beat New Zealand. Apparently we are the only ones to have defeated the All Blacks this year so far...

    Reviving this.

We of course, beat the French, but that goes without saying. I don't think we'll have any problems next week in Paris, or when we face wales the following week.

NZ is the juggernaut of world Rugby, with a 47 - 3 win over the #2 Ranked side, who can stop us?

Seriously though, the Irish have beat the Spring Boks (not an awesome squad, maybe injuries to better players?) Argentina beat the English, and the Australians struggled against Italy. The same Italy that we beat 70-7 three years ago.

    Tsk.

All Blacks End of Year Tour.

    Nov. 5 All Blacks 41 - England 20.
    Nov. 11 All Blacks 47 - France 3.
Nov. 18 All Blacks 23 vs France 11.
Nov. 25 All Blacks 45 vs Wales 10.

    COMPLETE, 4 OUT OF 4!

Fuck, I gotta say can anyone beat us? Our only loss of 2006 was against South Africa, who have not been that flash since. France? No way, they just beat the Pumas. England? Nah, they got beaten by the Spring Boks. South Africa and Australia seem to be the only teams capable of playing Rugby at our level.

But even then, we won the Tri-Nations.

Alll Blacks are on a different level at the moment. Their forward and back plays are second to none and simply put 'pure class'. It'd be hard to see anyone else winning the world cup next year.

I've been watching them in the autumn internationals and i just cant see teams stopping them. They play an expansive game with high speed and power with awesome handling skills. I havent seen much of South Africa but i think France will be the closest team to them. But you never know which teams gonna show up for France.

Did you watch the France match just now??
France was walking and rolling over England, they were superior in all departments.
The French outplayed, outmuscled and outscored England......twice.

If this team is considered better than 03, then the other countries must have improved by hundreds in the past few months...

England of 03 were a one man team, I remember the semi where all 24 of their points were scored by Wilko.

Only real difference is that he cannot stay fit now.

Plus they're havent found a decent replacement for Johnson aswell.
