It seems that any one who has Scieszka and uses her ability to recreate a document for them ends up dead.

First there is Hughes. He practically worked her to death having her recreate hundreds of documents lost in the library fire. What happens to him? He gets shot.

Next, we have Archer. He has her recreate things about Laboratory 5 and such and then "Are you sure this is everything? Hmm...well I don't like your handwriting so have these files burned." What happens to him? First, he has half his body blown off, then he gets turned into a cyborg, and then he ends up getting shot.

Then, there is Edward. He had her recreate Marcoh's research journal (which took several days to do so) so he could fix his mistake. Human Transmutation is forbidden for a reason. What happens to him? He gets shanked.

Sure, she did all the work of her free will and got paid for it but is this just a strange coincidence or is the spirit of death following her looking for its next victim? Hell, just for her copying Marcoh's notes, Marcoh ended up dying too.

why should she be bad luck when all the documents that were copied had something the do with the philosopher's stone which the humonculi even stated that everyone that had some involvment were going to get killed....so it's not her fault...it's the actual content of the documents that they wanted copied...:oh

anyone asked to copy those pages would have led to someone's deah...not just schieska.
