One of the webs foremost sites for unsigned bands and artists to display their music, Soundclick is a massive collection of gems hidden in piles and heaps of painful shit.

But the gems found are worth digging for.

Thus the Roulette euphemism, you gotta spin the cylinders and hope you get something good, and not another bullet ;)

Still, I have found quite a few unsigned and brilliant artists/bands on there (including classical metal, scottish hip-hop, new age ambient jazz, death metal and more).

If you are looking to discover something totally unknown, you could do a lot worse than take a run at Soundclick.

I'll definitly check this out when I have time. I love chechking out local acts (even if they mostly suck), and this is like the e-version of that.

I've been on that site before... I'm in more at download.com though.. That site has pretty much of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff. Rarely hear painful stuff, that's reserved for MTV...

I like download.com as well, but Soundclick has it's own charm.

I love soundclick. I've found a couple really good bands.

    Ofearia
Awesome goth metal, I'm in love with this guys voice.

    The Avant-Garde Metallic Orchestra
Avant-Garde Metallic Orchestra....the name says it all. Pure awesomness.

    Thundercracker
Brilliant stoner metal, this is my favorite out of the bunch I've found.

    Scars of Chaos
A pretty good Black/Death metal band. I love the piano on the intro to Merciless

I'll second all of the above, and add that the Avant-Garde Metallic Orchestra is REALLY damn good.

    Also

    All Time High (scottish hip-hop)
