    Basically, exactly what it says.

The Nerevarine from Morrowind replaces the Dovahkiin in Skyrim.

The Nerevarine has access to all items, armors, weapons, spells, abilities, and knowledge he has from Morrowind. He starts the journey the same way the Dovahkiin does, and goes through every quest in Skyrim.

Also, in terms of mindset assume he has a crippling hatred of all things daedra. Oh, and books.

He is determined to get the best possible ending for everyone.

Nerevarine is probably about as powerful as Dovahkiin, given in the Return to Clockwork City it's revealed that even the mortal forms of Almalexia & Dagoth Ur would have had to withstood enough energy to destroy the Clockwork City (infinite, which is also outright stated), as the hero of Return to Clockwork City with said power was destroyed by the Mechanical Hearts power.

Nevervarine's biggest problem would not being able to use any thu'ums such as Dragon Rend or Bend Will, but if he has all the weapons from Morrowind (mainly Kargranacs Tools which can alter physics) then that could possibly be enough to deal with Alduin at least.

I don't think Nevervaine has anything to really deal with putting the dragons down for good, as while he does have the Physics fucking weapons, I don't think those would affect the souls of the Dragons that need to be absorbed/destroyed to put them down for good. He can destroy their bodies, but then they just respawn

He effortlessly clears Dawnguard as Harkon is a pushover, but Miraak might prove a problem as he also has the dragon soul shit.
