nu burial mix's. the mary anne hobbs mix panders more to 90's rave fans; whilst the fabriclive mix has a bit more of an international appeal with kode9 (presumably) making attempts to draw away from burials hardcore-centric selection through juke and gqom (?). overall, im a happy camper with both but more partial to the bbc radio 6 mix.

Seven Lions is in town tonight, normally I’d go but I had my baby a little over a week ago. But I’d rather wait to see him play at a festival. I’m more excited to see Cosmic Gate in a couple of months. I had their TL set on repeat during the last trimester of my pregnancy lol.

Sucks about UMF being cancelled, I kinda saw it coming.

    congratulations!

Cosmic Gate came to my city last year (which is fuckin crazy since trance ANYTHING never gets booked here), but I couldn't go. I'm not familiar with all of their music, but I think it would've been cool regardless.

also, I think UMF is gonna go as planned

Thanks, I tell everyone he’s our rave baby rofl.

I love them, I think you’ll like them. To me, they’re still a classic and I love how they stick to playing trance. Some other trance DJs don’t really do that anymore. It’s like they search up what the people in the city they’re touring likes and plays all sorts of other genres in the mix. I’m hoping that my husband gets to open at their show when they come, but who knows.

Aww that’s great! It kinda sucks that it won’t be in the heart of Miami like it’s always been. I heard from friends who have gone that taking public transportation there is super reliable.

Rezz killed it last night at a local show, I didn’t go but I watched some live stream. Wish I could’ve seen her at Red Rocks. She’s gotten so much fan base since I discovered her 3 years ago.

probably my favorite song off Teddyloid's new album. He's got another one coming out in the coming weeks that's focused more on House type music

@blakstealth Yeah, I listen to the YC one pretty often too. I love Barong Family, you should listen to Bellorum, I discovered him listening to the EDC2017 album, and introduced my hubby to his tracks.

That's awesome, Steve Aoki always throws a damn good show. I'm excited to see Dillon Francis and Alison Wonderland touring in the next couple of months.

oh nice, I only learned of its existence just recently. I wish more DJs did them and/or participated in podcasts.

And I'm familiar with Bellorum. I've only listened to his "My World" EP, and this is my fav from it

Steve also brought out his cakes to throw and I have footage of it, but man, I was too short too get any good shots lol.

Wait, Dillon and Alison are touring together?

Yasssss, he is great. I absolutely love his first few tracks. I'm glad he's producing more, he's good.

It's okay, it's always way more enjoyable when you don't record everything. Living in the moment is great. I did that with EDCLV2017. I had a friend who walked and recorded everything in sight and we kept losing her. And then sometimes when you go to the same show as friends, all you see on their snapchat is the same flippin video on each friend's story LMAO.

I love when Aoki throws down with his cakes lmao, it's so great to see people get caked. I always stay in the back, more dancing space :catskully

    Yes, they are!

it's funny because since it was a halloween event, there were people that were dressed up in their costumes. And there was this guy that was walking from the front and it looked like he had fake blood on him. But it was just red icing from the cake lmao
