If I were to make a thread discussing about Magic the Gathering trading card game. What section would be the most appropriate section to create it in?

    Thanks.:catflower

Is that some sort of card game?

Your best bet is probably the arcade:

Yeah it is a trading card game. I figured I'd check with the mods first to see before I made the thread in the Arcade.I don't want the thread to be scrutinized since it isn't technically a video game or console. Actually, the question can apply to tabletop games as well.

I would try either the Arcade or the Konoha Country Club. Like you, I'm not certain if the former 'allows' for threads that aren't based on video games or consoles, but the latter section welcomes any topic pertaining to one's life or lifestyle.

    Hope this helped!

Sounds like the best route I guess. I'll give it a shot. Though if a Mod or admin could give some insight on his that'd be be great.

The Alley prunes threads so it wouldn't be the best place to do it imo.

KCC is fine, not sure how much activity it will see though.

So in the future, where would the best place be for traditional/tabletop games threads be?

There's no real section for it, but it does fall under lifestyle, so KCC is probably best for now. If there's enough interest in those types of threads, maybe down the line it could warrant making a standalone section, but we'll see.
