Really? It's not a singular word in Serbian, I thought it's not in English also. Thanks.

Yeah, I assume largely because it's not an English word in origin or in Serbia, thus adding an "s" won't make it plural.

No they are not. They are western cartoons.

"The Boondocks is an American sitcom on 's late-night ..."

"Avatar: The Last Airbender (Avatar: The Legend of Aang in some regions) is an American animated television series that aired for three seasons.."

    From wikipedia.

I get why would you think that TLA is an anime.. Art style, lore and stuff. But why in the name of God would you think that Boondocks is an anime show is beyond me.

Nope. They're no different from anime.. And just because The Boondocks is a black show doesn't make it any less anime

Hollywood movies like Tokyo Drift aren't different from Japanese movies. Are you saying that it is a Japanese movie and not American?

Stop rating my posts with disagree already, kid. Both shows are done by Americans are run originally on American network and in English. You have proof from both IMDB and Wikia.

I'm not really sure what I'd put. I'm awful at top 5s.

    Hajime no Ippo
    Legend of the Galactic Heroes
    Uchuu Kyoudai
    G Gundam
    Yu Yu Hakusho

Not necessarily even the exact top 5, but they're all way up there.

Way too much filler in the anime and massive decline in quality overall during Shippuden.

Anyways my top 5 are probably,

    Gintama
    Space Cobra
    Legend of the Galactic Heroes
    HxH both 1999/2011 versions
    Hajime no Ippo

Technically the original series is its own anime. So if you really like part 1 then it's fair game.

I started on Space Cobra kind of recently, but just kind of stopped randomly? I should get back to that.

2011 HxH is likely in my top 10 at least.

Yeah I guess if you separate them the original Naruto is in my top 15-20. One positive with the first Naruto series is just like with Kenshin most of the filler arcs come after all the canon is finished so you can completely avoid it all if you want.

What episode of Cobra did you leave off at? It kinda became one of my favorite series around the end of the sisters arc and during the Rugball arc. It kinda represents what I look for in a anime.

It looks like I saw eps 1-6. I was in the middle of the sisters arc.

Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Boondocks are American anime, simple
First of all don't call me kid I might even be older than you. Second anime doesn't have to be from Japan only. Third not disagreeing with the info stated in that wiki page, but when was Wikipedia ever a info source to be taken serious?

Anime specifically refers to Japanimation. The most exotic stuff that could still be considered are those Haoliners shows.

Yep, we outsource shit all of the time. Batman was mostly animated overseas too, hell Sunrise even did some work on some episodes (and I think they considered those below par along with one other studio's work lol), they created the storyboards here though.
