Number 2 is more reflective of the current state, imo

    It's not surprising.

The Café has never had as many graphic artists compared to the Alley, for example, and IIRC, about half of the entrants from the last contest weren't even Café regulars.

I saw @Prokopton submit some really incredible stuff but they didn't show up here.
    Sad.

I voted for the first option.

While the second may appear more visually stylish, it is the calm and collected way of discussion worldy affairs which the first one insinuates.

The second option assumes chaos and disorderly conduct. Something I dont really enjoy

@Mael why not just mention instead of quoting? Post deleted, but now it's in your post.

Entry doesn't mean which one you voted for, it means if you made it or not. Don't mention which one you made. You know, so it doesn't turn into a popularity contest.

What the hell are we doing with the English language then?

Since when does saying "I voted for X" not mean what your entry was?

Entrants are the people participating in the contest and their Entry is what they submitted to the contest to be voted on.

Why does this make zero sense to me in this context? Island said don’t post your entry as in your vote between the two. Are you operating on another planet or something?

Just look at the way he uses the word entry, and the way he uses the word vote in the rules. This isn't rocket science.

Semantics I guess. To me it screams don’t say what your vote was but I still find it oddly phrased.

I think it makes sense in both circumstances, actually.

Others have already explained the difference. Buddy, don't say which one is your entry means exactly what it says. Which one you voted for is seperate, since you can tap and see who voted for what. It's to ensure transparency of course, so it's a given.

    You're letting the UK down:gglife

    This is correct.

And FYI, the votes are public. You can see who voted for what.
