I want to be left handed, it would be cool!
Uh... no it wouldn't. Im happy being right handed... left is too hard.
Yeah sometimes when you write a paper with ink you get ink on your hand Its like grr >-<
Maybe it's "cool" to be left handed, but it is very impractical. Everything is invented to suit righties.
I'm right handed... >_>
cant be progamer.. i mean, i cant imagine myself owning everyone with my mouse on the left side of the keyboard, you just dont have access to as many hotkeys
you bump into people when your sitting next to them on desks
when you play sports.. its, well ive played against left handers and its kind of akward, i guess its an advantage in SOME sports
everything in the world is designed for righties ;D
proud to be a righty.. kEKKekeQqqqwqwqwqrqwef vdgbh mswzn aqbfvat nrd
I am a lefty and I am proud to be one. I can use mouse with both of my hands and do other things without much problem.
Oh yeah, it's an advantage for us who use left hand in certain sports like badminton and tennis(Nadal)??
Also, there's a saying that says left-handed people are generally smarter even though I dont quite believe in such thing, but still, it's nice to special.
we ain't special... we're different.
woah, being left-handed would be so cool *___*
I'm right-handed and I hate it cause its so ordinary >o<
Hmm. I'm happy to be a righty.
Playing guitar while being a lefty is troublesome. You have to get a 'customised' guitar and I don't want to have to resort to 'customised' things, like a lefty-mouse (computer).
Other than that, Lefties often have a better handwriting, so I've heard.
It's all a matter of training the muscles anyway...
Heh, that's nice. I wanted to be ambidextrous, since I think's that's very useful.
I think it can be trained, but it's not easy after being adapted to one for so long. My Dad is semi-ambidextrous. He was originally right-handed. When he right arm was broken, he trained to work & use his left hand. Now, he can write beautifully with both hands. That's something I can't.
I'm right handed and happy about it. I think you could train your left hand if you had the patience. It's totally possible to learn to atleast write with both hands. A guy I knew had to learn to write with his left hand when he broke his right hand. He eventually became skilled with both hands..
I'm left handed also, but I can't imagine using my left hand to control the mouse, way too awkward. Left handed people are not smarter, in psychology I learned that left handed people are usually more artistic because they are right brained and right handed people would be better with things like algebra.
Actually SSJLance, its based on percentage. Its been recorded that over 50% of Geniuses are left handed or amsterdex. Compared to the % of the population that is left handed or ambi, that makes left handed people have an average intelligance higher.(damn geniuses screwing up the graphs).
So there is a vastly higher percent of left handed people that are geniuses than right handed.( accounted that its like 1 in 10 males are lefty, 1 in 15 girls)
Also left handed people have lower life expectancy, however this is mainly due to the fact that left handed people use to be forced to become right handed. That naturally caused them to become clumsy(this is the Greek/Roman period.) That tradition of forcing left handed people to become right handed continued through the industrial revolution, where many machines were made for right handed people to stick their hands in. These are the same machines that ripped so many people's arms off. So a converted lefty + industrial revolution = giant spike in early deaths of left handed people.
Genetically there's no reason for left handed people to die earlier.
And about the keyboard/mouse thing, its not a big deal for me to use my right hand for the mouse. Most gaming has all the hot keys on the left side of the keyboard, and my hand eye coordination reflexes in the right hand are still just reflexes. Maybe i click slower than right handed people =P
Oh and normal day use, alt+tab plus all the other keyboard shortcuts work alot better than the mouse anyway
I'm left handed if you havn't guessed.
Actually..I'm happy being left handed. The only problem with it, is that ink and stuff gets on my hands. =/
But it's fun. I'd rahter be a left hander than right. I'd also wanna be a left footer. XD
And...actually...all the left handers in my class are artistic..so am I.
But we are not dumber than right handers.
Dunno they say i was born lefthanded and raised right handed...
If t'would be so important, you could always try to make yourself ambidexterous. I tried it once.... *sigh* and I had so much self confidence before that ;D
I'd like to use both hands.
I agree with DZ.
I like being left-handed. Makes me more interesting then the rest of my family. Ive heard that left handed people are luckier then right-handed ones too so hats another plus.
I uses diffrent hands for diffrent things, weird.
It's quite normal, actually. Like, I do everything with my left hand except play handball (I'm not sure everyone here knows what that is, but it's a sport where you throw a ball) and I've been doing so for 10 years, even though I'd have an advantage playing with my left since lefties are rare.
And I had this left-handed team mate who wanked with his right.
My mom wants to be a lefty, she keeps saying how all lefties are more talented and sucessful, she can list like 100 famous people that are left handed
I am Ambidexerous. Except my right hand can't throw a perfect Spiral with a foot ball.
It is said that left handed people are more talented than the right ones .
i like my right hand IT PWNS U
I wish I was ambidextrous
I want to be ambidextrous ing
I don't mind being right-handed, but I wish I was ambidextrous.
I'm quite happy being right-handed. Been writing and drawing with it for years.
