    There are several good ones.

Nero's pretty good. Me, i use Cheetah mostly. It's pretty easy to use, never given me problems, and that's all i care about.

Deep Burner, cause it's free. Why download Nero (and pay, or do something that'll: a. make you feel guilty, or b. get you sued for theft)?

What are you going to do with it?

If regular stuff, then as others have mentioned Nero.

If you want to copy & burn protected DVDs then you need DVD Decryptor + DVD Shrink (free), but updates are few and far in between.

Or Clone DVD (pay), with regular updates this is the one to get if you don't want any worries at all.
