*I wonder if this has already been asked before, if so, apologies =]*

There have been truckloads of ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu (and kekkei genkai) thrown out in the course of the Naruto storyline. So which one is your pet technique? And why do you think it's cool/powerful/awesome etc.

I think water techniques are the coolest, although most of the time you've got to be near a large body of water to make them work.

*suggestion: you might want to italicize it*

    Personal fav is

    Spoiler:
suiton: suiryuudan no jutsu, the one kakashi copied from zabuza during the wave country arc. I especially liked the long elaborate sequence of hand seals, and of course the uber massive water dragon heheh =]

My favorite jutsu is Instant Kill no Jutsu. This ultimate jutsu automatically kills your opponent no matter how strong they are or what skills they have. There is no defense against this jutsu either. This jutsu is especially good for saving time, cutting short tedious trash talking and/or unnecessary explanations, and moving the plot forward.

    I don't know the Japanese names..so I'll use English ^^

Mind Transfer Jutsu: I know it seems virtually useless on the battlefield, but it's a good concept.

Crystal Ice Mirrors: At first I thought it was undestructable, but then Naruto destroyed them. Again, a cool concept, AND ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING =O

I love the visual effects of the summoning sequences. Also, Pain of a Thousand years and Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms (would be cool for Kishi to put it into the manga).

Kage Bunshin would be invaluable in real life (clones do homework, you go make yourself a sandwhich, clones finish homework, you release the jutsu and Presto! you understand it all without actually studying yourself.) You could seriously learn like 10 languages in the time it takes to learn one with that thing. Combo it with Sexy no Jutsu and you've got yourself a living brothel.

Kage Bushin no jutsu, as Crimson scorpio said, do not forget studyng all at the same time so you can learn more faster.(invaluable).

    I also like Byakugan.
