It's an old saying but "You can't control the situation, just your reaction". What's done is done, best thing you can do is just work on making things better for yourself. Thinking logically to balance out emotion helps.

I smoke the ganj, but for the emo's I usually just lay down and think all my bad thoughts out, and or listen to music.

Hit myself, or post in cafe/obd. Both aren't good admittedly, self harm isn't good. I'm not even joking with the second one. I have problems. These are the most effective ways for me.

Fucking, venting/ranting, playing a cathartic video game that I'm good at, or just cozying up to someone/book/Movie. These things work intermittently but are GENERALLY healthy behaviours.

Cooking something yummy also sometimes helps.

I use my body as the outlet most of the time. Only so many personal things you can destroy before you have to find an alternative.

Sometimes talking with friends if they're around or whatever.

It's really important to find a distraction and get your mind onto something else, but not always possible.

Venting to a friend usually does the trick.

A lot of anger does go away once you come to accept not everything is in your control and won't always go your way.

i try to ride it out but i usually just seclude myself and get drunk. if its a deep rage that almost make me lose my capacity to think? ill just cry. beats doing something violent (to myself or to others).

I clean and cook until I feel better and have separated myself from what I feel bad about, it clears my head and gives me the power to put what I'm worried about into perspective because I put myself into productivity mode and plan a solution

Anger is just a state of mind. So you're in complete control of your emotions.
Convince yourself that "it's not that serious. why the fuck im i getting mad? life is more than this bs" and just dont think too much about it. basically consider ur problem irrelevant and stupid/petty

thats what i do, and it helps. it goes away quick.

I find that these usually help:

    -sleep
    -fap
    -music

But I'm weird in that I've learned to enjoy my depression. I've dealt with chronic depression since childhood. But in recent years I've found that taking a day or two off from reality to just wallow in bed and my personal darkness helps to eventually get me over it.

So now, I don't even consider it depression.
