Chrono Trigger is an obvious one, I did that 12 or 13 times for all the endings.

Seiken Densetsu III is another one, i played that through about 6 times for various endings.

Final Fantasy VI, I played that through about 4 times, just because it deserved to be played again and again.

Final Fantasy I, I've played this through about 3 times, simlpy because of all the remakes.

Disgaea I played that through twice, and continued playing on the second round for the special stuff.

Makai Kingdoms, I've went through 3 times so far.

Secret of Mana twice, once by myself, once with my brother.

Quake 1, multiplayer co-op, and by myself combined about 3 times.

Can't think of anymore at the moment...

FFX is the most i have done :) It is nice and cheerful until half way through the game. But it is a nice relaxing game to play over and over again.

God only knows how many times I completed some games, when I was younger and had plenty of time in my hands I used to replay even shitty games again and again.
These days I pick my games wisely and sometimes I finish them over again, since now it's very common to have high replay rates, but only if they're worth it.
Now for example, I'm playing BoF5 again to achieve a D-Ratio of 1/4 (yeah, I'm insane).

:amazed Have you? Ah!!!! I'm so annoyed with my game, I found a key and stupidly I used it on the wrong door and now I can't find another one to get to the next room I need to get to!!!! (I'm somewhere near the end though)

I've finished blade about 50 times, It's a fighting game and they're pretty easy to finish :amuse

Grim Fandango - I will never grow bored of this masterpiece. This is not a game, but art.

Baldur's Gate -serias - What can I say, I just love the style of the world and some of the sidequests surpass the main story.

Planescape: Torment - I don't know how many times I've replayed this game, but I think it's around thirty. The most bizzare roleplaying game I have played.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines - I replayed with all the clans. Ok, so I have no life. So what!

I've beaten pretty much all of my games several times. One off the top of my head is Silent Hill 2. I started noticing every little piece of that game and could tell someone about it when I wasn't even near a PS2.

    now this might get long:
    Secret of Mana 3+
    Seiken Densetsu 3(Secret of Mana 2) 4+
    Final Fantasy IV 2
    Final Fantasy V 2
    Final Fantasy VI 5
    Final Fantasy VII 5+
    Final Fantasy VIII 3
    Final Fantasy IX 2
    Final Fantasy X 2
    Chrono Trigger 4+
    Chrono Cross 2
    Suikoden 10+
    Suikoden 2 3
    MGS 3+
    Resident Evil 2
    Breath of Fire 3 3
    Breath of Fire 4 2
    Super Mario Bros 3 3+
    Baldurs Gate 2
    Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance 3+
    Warcraft 2 4+
    Star Ocean 2 3

hmm, I've realised I should stop, can continue with just as many more and then I would just after I've written em down be irritated that I forgot tons of games. SO better stop now while I'm aware that I have skipped to write down most of the games I've completed more than once. But I have really been an rpg maniac so that's where most of my completitions lay though there are also quite some RTS and FPS and ofc old platform games :)
