Kakashi tagging Kaguya with Kamui Raikiri

Because it was a feint.
From my perspective blitzing doesn't actually exist in this manga like it does in other fiction, so I don't consider much if anything as a speed blitz.
It wasn't, more of a counterattack
Because she was blatantly not blitzed
The same reason why Naruto punching her after his sexy jutsu can't be considered a blitz.
The same reasons Sakura punching kaguya was not a blitz
Okay, so, I've seen this term thrown around a lot for years, especially when I was participating in Colos a bunch, and yet I'm obviously still not quite understanding it. What exactly are you asking here? I've always used blitz to mean an attack that comes at a speed that is too fast to be reacted to by the defending character, so like Ino vs KCM Naruto is just "Naruto blitz, gg". But obviously this doesn't work against someone with insane regen or durability, etc.
Anyway, I'm basically confused as to exactly what is being asked here. Could you clarify please?
It is a blitz.
*Kaguya was looking at Kakashi's general direction
*Kakashi jumped to her and Raikiri'd her shoulder
*Kaguya didn't react until after she got Raikiri'd
Kaguya didn't get caught off-guard, nor was she feinted. She straight up got blitzed the same way Naruto blitzed her
Your definition is spot on. It doesn't really change if the defending character bhas regen or high durability
Because Kaguya didn’t expect Kakashi to phase through her attack and wasn’t caught off guard. A Blitz is something done through sheer speed
So Kaguya was in sheer shock after seeing Kakashi phase through her AKAB? That doesn't make any sense. If Kaguya was able to react to Sasuke Ameno'ing her between him and Naruto (something she totally didn't expect), then seeing Kakashi phase through her AKAB should not have shocked her. It was a blitz
Yes she expected he was dead
Cause it's not. He phased through her attack, which surprised her. A blitz is what Naruto did to Kisame when he first learned KCM, or what Sasuke could've done to team 7 at the BoS (Sakura couldn't even see him moving).
Not whole Team 7.
Sasuke was only capable of blitzing Sakura/Naruto or maybe Sai... people he did not used Sharingan against.
Not Yamato Because...
him using Sharingan + Lightning sword on Yamato says otherwise.
It wasn't a blitz. Kaguya attempted to take the Raikiri head on because she has a propensity for absorbing chakra everytime she is targeted with a ninjutsu. Because of this, she had every intention of making contact with the attack, but backfired as she had no way of knowing that Kakashi's Raikiri was infused with Kamui properties.
Yet, she wasn't shocked when neither Naruto or Sasuke died from her AKAB during the final moments of the battle and quickly moved on in her attempt to avoid getting sealed
The attack didn’t go through Naruto or Sasuke; usually when an attack goes through someone you expect them to be injured or killed
How do you know she tried to absorb it when she didn't even put up a guard? We only see Kakashi about to jump from his Susanoo and right in the next panel, we see Kakashi cutting Kaguya. There's no panel in between. She was blitzed
But it still disappeared, which is something she did not expect. Yet, that didn't shock her in place. Usually when an attack is only centimeters from making contact with the target, you expect it to make contact. She wasn't shocked in place
It wasn't a straight up Blitz but common dude, where is this conjecture even coming from?
