Trump rather pick on women than send a lawyer to testify. Lincoln is among other things, but he is not a coward.

For sure, Lincoln wasn't objectively left wing. Left wing politics didn't really start at a major level most places until the late 1800s/early 1900s. He was merely "left" of the South, and happened to enact a policy that was progressive for its time, as well as others. Yet what politicians did in their historical context is the important point here. Lincoln improved his political landscape in a progressive direction, which is not redundant for the 1800s.

In some ways, but at the end of the day he would have been more right than left and he considered himself part of the right. That’s my point.

Trumps entertaining, but it’s pretty hypocritical of him to try and shame her for her infidelity.

I certainly didn't see this coming.
But he is right wing correct? And please drop that shit about him supporting bernie/tulsi, two persons who happen to have zero chance of getting any leadership position in democratic party.
Its pretty much an antiquated move by right wingers to feign backing of candidates whom they well know have zero chance of any leadership role. Heck they're doing it right now with Yang.

Yeah, trump isnt a small government guy. If you ignore all his efforts to cripple federal agencies and packing the courts with Federalist jurists, an organization which is so anti-government it might as well be an insurgent group.
The fact that trump imposed tariffs (a move which even the most docile republican refuses to back him on) does not make it suddenly a conservative position.
Tonnes of liberals are socially conservative. Not to mention in Lincoln's era, socially conservative was the default setting.
I'm not talking about just the statues (which should be torn down). I'm talking about the white washing (pun intended) of confederate generals

    1) So? Bigotry against white people, men, Christians and heterosexuals is real on the left.

    2) He’s right wing on some issues and left wing on some issues. He’s mostly a bigoted centrist.

    3) Really? Have they reduced spending?

    4) Until recently, tariffs were a conservative position. Just like non-interventionism.

    5) So he was socially conservative? Was Mussolini a leftist, because he abolished slavery? That is a progressive position, right? If fascism left-wing?

    6) The statues should only be taken down, if that’s what the people in those communities want.

So white people are still the blame regardless if it's right or left? Gitcha.

The majority of leftwing individuals are white. So a mentally disabled white youth in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, filmed being physically and verbally abused by four black individuals is hardly an outlier. Plus those teens haven't chosen a political party yet and will most likely convert to Islam while in prison.

So it's stupid to say the left is filled with racist when the left is majority white just like the right is majority white.

I like white people XD. But yes most of America is majority white so it isn’t wrong to say they make up a large part of both parties.

No. It really isn't. Both sides have racists. The majority of Americans of both political parties are white, because America has a white majority. Even still, it's not hard to find examples of racism from non-Europeans.

So what you are saying is both sides have majority of white Americans that are racists regardless of political party?

The moment you made that statement was the moment you failed to justify why Republicans of today aren't like the Republicans of back then. It's because of white resentment.

    Wooooooooooooooh

The Trump haters would push this to page 7....

They mad cause Trump is being compared to the great ones. What do you expect...Hitting the button on Iran, China, etc; Stiff arming the dems, making them fight internally amongst each other due to their own illusions, spin moving fake impeachments and collusion delusion accusations, enforcing border regulations, all while running the country, will get you this type of historic parallels.

Meanwhile...the libs are worried if Bernie and Biden put on matching socks this morning...:kanyelul

You've got to understand, people hate trump but that does not diminish a person's ability to handle business.

There's a difference between personal feelings and enterprise.

Socially conservative, tariffs and non-interventionism (at least in rhetoric). Nope. The Party of Trump is still the Party of Lincoln.

You are already flailing. Trump doesn't stand for what America represents. Otherwise, he wouldn't go both sides on what happened in Charlottesville when only one side took a life.

First and foremost, the a country is not a business.

Secondly, he's running it into the ground. :raiden
