There is nothing to explain of the feat itself. Ikusatsunagi swung his sword & made big crater.That's basically it.
First I am going to calc the length of his eyes to scale his hand.I am going to low ball the figure a bit. I am using 1 meter height of Natsu cause he was somewhat in a crunched position there.
Natsu = 56 pixel = 1 meter
Deity's Eye = 201.35 pixel = 3.5956 meter
Deity's Eye = 25.4950 pixel = 3.5956 meter
Deity's Arm = 603.1690 pixel = 85.0673 meter
Deity's Arm = 50 pixel = 85.0673 meter
Slash Length = 669 pixel = 1138.2013 meter
Human = 13 pixel = 1.7 meter
Crater Width = 142.4254 pixel = 18.62486 meter
Crater Depth = 138 pixel = 18.0461 meter
Modelling the crater as box, Volume = L*W*H
Crater Volume = 382557.60813 meter^3
Now I am confused on what to use here. Its clear the majority of its volume was pulverized but there are some violent fragmentation as well. So I am going to use both 67 j/cc & 214 j/cc.

Slash Energy [214.35 j/cc] = 82001223304331.82485 Joules or 19.5987 kilotons

Wombat made a mistake in calculating volume.He used .8 when in fact it should be 2/3 or .66.So,

The ship was placed in the beach so I am going to use density of beach sand here.Now there are two types of beach sand.One is dry & another is wet.Their density is 2000 kg/m^3 & 2300 kg/m^3 respectively.Since some part of ship was also in water I am going to use average of these two.

Sand Mass m = 37602407608.91236 kg.
Now timeframe.We can see by the time the ship dropped the whole width was dispersed.

Given by the showing on panel I think its safe to say that it was a nimbostratus (kind of a dark cloud and all).So what I get from wiki that these kind of clouds are generally 2400 meter above ground & has thickness/height of 2000 meter.Gonna use angular calculator.
Cloud hole Diameter = 1434 meter
Cloud hole radius = 717 meter
Volume is a cylinder = PIr^2*H
Cloud Volume = 3230116451.38264643233604 m^3

Now Cableguy already did the work for me. I will just get Leg length.
Here Bluenotes Leg = 100 px = 1.170509 meter.
Now, Blunotes Leg = 20 px
So Bluenote was 25.075 meter.above when cloud already parted.
Now its clear that Cloud had already parted when Blunote was still in the sky in previous panel but he was sent flying all the way up. Total 2400 meter.

So Green Line = 49 px = 68.189 meter.
Again in this picture Red Line = 90 px = 68.189 meter.
So Blast [Blue line] diameter = 391 px = 295.979 meter ~ 296 meter.
So thats the final number 296 meter for Zeref Repentance.
Tree = 184 px = 10 meter [CableGuys calc]
Explosion Diameter = 669 px = 36.35 meter.
Mirajene took the explosion without any magical power.
Zancrow = 28 px = 1.72 meter [Average Japanese]
Explosion Diameter = 597 px = 36.67 meter.
Conclusion = Mashima need to make these explosion bigger than 36 meter.
All right I am bored enough to do something stupid like this. If its correct then credit is mine but if its wrong then its cause ZenithXAbyss.
Feat is this one-
Here Mirajene is 111 px.
The blast looks like a Circle. But I couldn't get definite diameter. I got two. One is 1157PX & another is 1040 PX. I guess I will use 1050 PX for diameter just because.
Now guessing Mirajene is 172 cm tall.
Then Diameter is 1627.02702 cm or 16.27 m.
Using this calculator I get 207.905 m for AOE of the explosion.
This is my first calc & I am not good at math. So don't bully me.
Just did a revision based on using Freed's height rather than Mira's (since he is actually within the fireball, while Mira is closer to our perspective and thus not as reliable to scale from): he's of average height himself (so 1.72 m) and measures at 100 pixels.
Got the spherical portion of the energy blast to measure at 1458 pixels or 25.07 metres in diameter.
25.07/2 = 12.54 metres
Actual result is more like 53.125 tons, which is low-tier multi-block
Still not half bad tbh, Fairy Tail high-tiers have quite little in the way of raw destructive power.
