Change my mind. There's a good few impressive feats in what just may be the Steven Universe finalle, so let's get to calcing!
1. (A similar feat happens in MGS so just pretend there's an MGS reference here)
Sunstone pushes back the Diamond Mecha Ship when it tries to stomp on the Crystal Gems. Scaling from Pearl. The average height of a woman is 161.8cm (1.618m) tall.
52 pixels = 1.618m
1 pixel = 1.618m/52 = 0.0311153846m
0.0311153846m X 1467 = 45.6462692m
214 pixels = 45.6462692m
1 pixel = 45.6462692m/214 = 0.213300323m

Next for the volume & mass. This is where things get hard, but thankfully, we have enough to work with. When Obsidian cuts through Blue and Yellow's handships, we see the thickness of the outer metal layer. Scaling from Lapis, once again using the average height of a woman.

Now to get the mass of the giant mecha (sans hair) using square law. Going with the average height of a woman again, and a woman 161cm tall would weigh 53.29kg.

Next we have to substitute that mass for another. We'll start with the mechanical interior, then go to the ships armour. The average weight of the human body is 1.01g/cm^3 (or 1010kg/m^3), The light ship mass of container vessel 2700TEU is 102.56kg/m^3 (or 0.10256g/cm^3).
M = 260267745.329/1.01 X 0.10256
That weighs even less, though it is a hollow machine. Now for the mass of the "skin"/armour. We'll be using the above volumes for a human (prior to switching out for a machine). 274.517516m is 27451.7516cm. Enter those values through this human surface area calculator and we get a variety of results depending on the method. Let's get an average.
A = 17,390.31 + 23,211.16 + 27,909.79 + 21,736.06 + 3,420.53 + 17,771.11 + 17,528.29 + 110,243.16/8
And next the depth of the armour for the volume.
V = 142747.645 X 1.87347368
For now we'll go with a low end of aluminium, which weighs 2600kg/m^3.
M = 267433.955789 X 2600
Now to add them both together.
M = 267433.955789 + 695328285.051
Keep in mind it would ultimately weigh even more thanks to its "hair." Half of a human(oid)s mass rests on each foot standardly.
M = 695595719.007kg/2
Now for the KE.
Timeframe is 0.16 seconds.

0.0475977781m X 587 = 27.9398957m
T = 27.9398957m/0.16s
At last we can get our energy.
KE = (0.5)mv^2

2. Uppercutting an uppercrust
Yellow's handship punches the White and Pink parts of the Diamond mecha hard enough to send it flying. First off we'll need to take the mass of the mechs arms away. One arm takes up 5.3% of someones total body mass, so both arms would be 10.6&.
M = 347797860 X 10.6/100
Now for our timeframe.
Timeframe is 0.49 seconds.
540 pixels = 188.984086m
T = 188.984086m/0.49s
= Mach 1.13339154251
Finally for our energy.
KE = (0.5)mv^2
= (0.5) X 36866573.16 X 385.681808^2
= 2.7419598e+12 joules
= 655.344120458891 tons of TNT
Diamond Mecha height = 295.421m
Obsidian's height = 40.535m
Diamond Mecha stomps the Crystal Gems = 1.267 kilotons
Yellow's handship punches the Diamond mecha (speed) = Mach 1.133
Yellow's handship punches the Diamond mecha (energy) = 655.344 tons of TNT
Not nearly the best feats for any of the involved parties, but still impressive.
